Refund Policy

At Phantom AI, we are committed to providing high-quality AI automation services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. We value the trust you place in us and strive to deliver solutions that drive meaningful results. However, we understand that certain circumstances may lead to questions about our refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully, as they outline our official refund policy and the conditions under which it applies.
 

No Refunds After Contract Signing
Once a contract has been reviewed, agreed upon, and signed by both parties, all payments made are considered final and non-refundable. By signing the contract, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the scope of work, terms of service, and payment structure, and agree to proceed with the services outlined.

We invest significant time and resources into planning, developing, and implementing AI solutions tailored to your business. Therefore, refunds will not be issued once the contract is executed.
 

Dissatisfaction and Contract Termination
If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we encourage you to communicate your concerns with us directly. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the highest level of service possible. If you believe that our services are not meeting the agreed-upon standards or objectives, you may request a formal review of the contract.

In cases where mutual agreement cannot be reached regarding performance or deliverables, we may negotiate the terms of an early contract termination. Any such termination will be subject to the terms outlined in the original contract, including but not limited to:

  • Payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.

  • Any applicable termination fees specified in the contract.

  • Retention of intellectual property or deliverables developed prior to termination.

We will make reasonable efforts to address any issues and work towards a satisfactory resolution. However, the decision to terminate a contract and any related financial adjustments will be made at our sole discretion and will be documented in writing.
 

Exceptions and Special Circumstances
Phantom AI reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances. Any such exceptions will be made at our sole discretion and will not constitute a waiver of our standard refund policy. Any agreed-upon refund or adjustment will be documented in writing and signed by both parties to be considered valid.

 

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the client, Phantom AI reserves the right to suspend all ongoing services until the dispute is resolved. If a chargeback is filed after services have been rendered or a contract has been signed, Phantom AI may pursue legal action to recover the owed amount, including any associated legal fees or costs incurred.
